Our new monthly meeting location is the Historic Murphys Hotel restaurant's Gold Room, 457 Main Street, downtown Murphys.
Meetings begin at 7 p.m., with a program on Irish or Scottish history and culture following our club business discussions.
Arrive early for dinner and drinks are available during the meeting. Click here for dinner menu.
Next meeting is 7 p.m., Wednesday, February 21. Meetings are on the third Wednesday evening of each month: March 21, April 18 and continuing.

Based in the scenic and historic California foothills, the Western Sierra Celtic Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Irish and Scottish culture, education and entertainment.
Founded in June 2017, our membership is open to all -- regardless of family ancestry or owning a kilt.
We will host Irish- and Scottish-themed events throughout the year. Our members also march in community parades and greet festival visitors from our club information tent.

7 p.m., Wednesday, February 21 club meeting
Our first 2018 club meeting will be at the Historic Murphys Hotel, 457 Main Street, Murphys. Program will feature the life and times of famed 18th-century Scottish poet and songwriter, Robert Burns.
Saturday, March 17 Murphys Irish Days
Our Western Sierra Celtic Society will be busy that day with many fun activities celebrating Murphys' Irish heritage. We will march in the 11 a.m. downtown community parade. Please gather in the Murphys Creek Community Theater parking lot, 580 South Algiers Street, between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
